US based Heritage Auction House (ha.com) has been a little under the radar when it came to selling colored diamonds. While might not be as famous as Christie’s or Sotheby’s, this auction house can certainly be proud in his records –$900+ million annual revenues.

While I follow their intriguing and beautiful auction items for a while, the latest auction has certainly caught my eyes…

Pink Diamonds arriving to Heritage Auction House

The NY sale taken May 5th featured two extraordinary pink diamond jewelry items.

The first and the star of the auction was a remarkable 5.07 carats GIA fancy light pink diamond ring crafted by no other than Chopard. The heart shaped pink diamond was graded as internally flawless – no something you get to see every day for diamonds of this size, not to mention pink diamonds. The magnificent ring sold for $605,000 dollars, just below $120,000 per carat.
